I have used this driver souncard (mini stereo system KENWOOD VH7PC) for my PC. It could run perfecty on windows XP , but in windows 10, there was no sound (no driver for windows 10). are you using a 64-bit version of windows 10?

The driver you linked to is a 32-bit driver - it might possibly work in windows 10 32-bit, but it will not work on windows 10 64-bit (64-bit OSes need 64-bit drivers)

EDIT: at least the bsusbdrv.sys driver will never work - i’m not sure about that winusb inf file
