i have acer helios 300 2019. and dont know why but my serial number is always shown as 00000 even in bios. can we change this

Why do you want to change the Serial Number at all?
As long as your system is running fine, you should not modify the BIOS and risk a bricked mainboard.

i want to sell my laptop but everyone saying this a laptop is refurbished which is causing alot of problems for me to sell it

Thats usually a replacement factory motherboard on the machine… now how it was later sold, its a different story, once in a while we stumble across systems like this and the costumer reports that was a brand new purchase.
