Hi, I no longer have that T3610.
To clear some questions Iā€™ve read above:
Yes, it is possible to mod a T3610ā€™s BIOS so it may include nvme drivers, so your system may boot from those using UEFI/Secure boot (given all your other HW supports UEFI). BTW, it is also possible to enable or disable Intel Management Engine this way.

No, you donā€™t use DELLā€™s Windows based BIOS update tool or the F2 method for applying the modded BIOS. You use Intelā€™s ME tool, also youā€™ll need to short two pins on the MOBO with a jumper to initiate MEā€™s ā€œserviceā€ mode. Then I believe I used a bootable USB drive (free DOS, made with Rufus) and the executables found on this site and of course the rom made by Lost_N_BIOS.

Resumingā€¦ enable service mode, make dump with Intel FPT tool (EFI version of the related chipset ME FW version) , keep a copy for safe recover, reboot to OS and insert the NVMe DXE module according to Fernandoā€™s guide, flash the mod with same tool, reboot, shutdown, disable service mode.

Hi All, Iā€™ve found the bin among my archives.
Needless to say, no warranties, cannot test it or anything.
Donā€™t know what will happen if you update your BIOS (should there be an update) using a standard Dell BIOS update after loading this bin.

Anyhow, Iā€™ve sent Sorout1985 user the link to the file. Should someone need it, please contact him/her.

@petergunn
If its the original Lost file why wont you share it directly here, thank you.

Hello, I am new to this forum. I recently purchased myself a T3610 and wanted to mod itā€™s bios so i could run a NVME for the sake of using it as a server instead of a normal desktop.

It was mostly a little tricky mainly cause i was using windows 11 and the terminal would keep throwing problems.

Thankfully i was shown this thread to help me mainly with the tools on how to do it.

So i am very much thankful for this community of people who wished to do the same.

How I managed it:

Step 1: Used rufus to create a bootable MS dos drive

Step 2 did have to do abit of reading on and mainly just making sure to follow what @Lost_N_BIOS said and also reading a post linked in lost_n_biosā€™s post by @plutomaniac that was a massive help on making sure it was the right tool and version for this system.
(I canā€™t thank you guys enough for the amount of help you have been). side note there was also a video by HoĆ ng ChĘ°Ę”ng Vlog (A top notch dude) mainly for having the bios file at hand for trying. for both T3600 and T3610

Step 3 Copied this file T3610 Bios Please use at own risk as it did work flawlessly for me but if you donā€™t make sure you use the right version of tool or just the right tool you could risk bricking the bios. Also make sure you are in ā€œservice modeā€ before trying the command from dos.
If all needed files are in the base c:\ drive then the command is

fpt.exe -bios -f t3610.bin

Really canā€™t stress it enough please make sure you use the right version of the tools aswell as read into above links i have sent so you can understand it better.

Hopefully this might be able to help someone and if itā€™s not in the correct format then Iā€™m sorry in advance itā€™s late and I just got done doing the bios mod

Anyways i just want to say a massive thank you to everyone for all the resources on this thread.
