i own that motherboard so i want to boot my system from NVME by using PCIE GEN 2 X1 SLOT adapter

i think you could do Clover method, or try this if u have the nvme ssd in your hand and plugged in: [Experimental] NVMe Option ROM
your board (including rev 1.1) uses award bios…, so cant do the method for amiuefi… unless you do want to find the almost/identical board at the same chipset with different name and it got AMI Uefi Bios.
