[Request] SPI Dump of Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320

Hello everyone,

I’m repairing a Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 (motherboard LA-L071P). This laptop has two identical SPI flash chips: Winbond 25Q80DVIG (1MB each), one next to JSPIRT1, the other next to JSPIRT2.

I accidentally removed the chip at JSPIRT1. The laptop boots and runs fine from the chip at JSPIRT2, but at every restart it triggers BIOS recovery mode, and some features don’t work correctly (e.g., TPM is missing, HDMI not detected properly).

I would like to restore a proper binary dump for the chip at JSPIRT1. I suspect this chip may contain:

  • EC (Embedded Controller) firmware,
  • Intel ME region,
  • or a BIOS backup/recovery block.

If anyone owns the same laptop and can read their 25Q80DVIG from JSPIRT1.
Thanks for your attention and your help in advance.
