Hi. I wanna to unlock advanced settings in InsydeH20 rev. 5.0 BIOS. But those unlocking methods where you have to press different keys do not work. Maybe there’s something I don’t know? you’ll need to buy a CH341A programmer and an SOIC8 clip to dump your BIOS and have an experienced member (not me) mod it, this usually costs around $10.

always better to buy the programmer and make a dump before you make changes.

Same version of Insyde, same version of te BIOS, but not working :(. Probably need another code?..
post your dump in a new thread on the BIOS Modding Requests subforum, not this one. Dudu2002 at bios-mods.com has more experience with Insyde, but the site is down for maintenance i believe.
if you have a correct dump, it’s pretty safe to edit the values you want with this guide : https://www.reddit.com/r/Lenovo/comments…er_latest_bios/ while you wait for someone to mod the BIOS for you.
