Actually this is the reason
Its max power consumption 240W while our is 180W
And our power supply is 180W so we have no any chance to pull 60W more

you could try to buy a 240W power supply and try to take its bios for modding and try we should have bought this one instead of the acer 
but no wallmart in my country

If nothing helps, you can buy SPI programmer and flash my dump directly to the chip
But then please make sure to flash your own on top using FPPT coz I wouldn’t like that some ethical hackers fly around with my mac addresses and guids

Overclocking, settings in bios have evolved and the therminology with it !
No bios flasher needed at all
so to put in a nutshell you make a a fat32 bootable thumbdrive
you extract from the acer bios1.8.EXE file the bios.fd file (using 7+zip or Universal extractor)
Then you download Phonix/Inside tool lauch Phoenixtool.exe you load the .fd file and it will figure out for you if you need to rename the .fd file, if it says yes rename it to BIOS.fd
copy it to usb drive, then you download WinCrisis and extract and copy files : minidos.sys, phlash.exe and bios.wph on usb also
unplugged the power cable and the battery
press 10sec power button
press and hold fn+ esc while pluging the power cable and then press power button while maintaining fn+esc keys
wait 5 sec that the fans are spinning and release the keys
bios recovery starts up and it take 3 minutes to revive your bricked laptop
and will restart boom ! you are back alive laptop !
… so problem fixed !

And it’s very easy actually but you need to disassemble laptop and remove motherboard
Maybe you can repair by warranty but you removed heatsink
On question Hyppo cuz usb flash didnt work as expected
if i buy a spi programmer i can reflash the rom with the bios which was made by Lost right ?

One question regarding vbios, were you able to flash 90w version? Can you share it?
Done already look my all my previous post ive shared it already but you dont need it acer bios allows 91W with turbo mode enabled…

- USB programmer EEPROM 24xx/25xx on CH341A
- Clip CH341A SOP8/SOIC8

you can start disassemble and remove motherboard meanwhile, I also think you can keep cooling system and remove mobo and cooling together just remove fans and unscrew one screw from cooling

Yesterday I was playing tuning latencies and after some changes in bios laptop was bricked, nothing helped, pressing power for 12 sec, remove batteries, memory, nothing
After powering on keyboard light up, fans spinned and stopped, screen is black, and it gets hell hot
Imagine if I would not have real hardware dump, what could I do?
Bit fortunately I had my dump and trusty CH341A programmer, I flashed a dump and now it’s alive)
I’m pretty sure it was a menu ICC/OC menu and parameter ICC/OC spread value, value (47% by default)
Now I know that with some changes in bios (not related to gpu), laptop can be bricked

I already have new chip w25q80 soldered on motherboard but now I need dump to program it via ch341.

the bios chip is on opposite side of the motherboard, I explained in the beginning of the thread
anyway I have a dump from both chips
