I wanna unlock more bios option to unlock the CPU frequency and voltage on my laptop. I am going to provide sufficient cooling. I have dumped the bios, but i do not know how to use tools like H20EZE since its my first time. I am not afraid of bricking the laptop as i’ve dumped it with a CH341A programmer. I’ll attach the dumped bios below and will answer any questions. (I’ll attach a google drive link, since im new to this forum and dont know how to upload files. Ideally i’ll do everything under linux, but i can use a windows VM if needed. H20EZE seems to run under wine.bios dump

I’ve been PMd by some guy that wants to help me. I sent him screenshots of cpu-z, but he wants me to run some sort of bios backup software. I am slightly suspicious of it because it does do some weird things when put into virustotal. Is this some common scam here?
We try to keep it publicly visible… for future users’ guidance, at least this is what should be done.
And yes some tools can trigger AV solutions alerts, as their access specific parts of the system, these tools gather system info and data required for mods, now sharing this data with some user in PM or public is only your decision.
EDIT: The package might be called “BACKUP_ToolsXX.exe”, my guess.
You can open it with latest Winrar and you’ll see the contents, if its the one im guessing…
The only reason i got suspicious is that it seemed to contact some random ip addresses. I might just run it with the internet disconnected since im gonna delete this windows install anyway.
