Welcome to the Win-Raid Forum!
Which kind of BIOS modding do you want to do and what is your problem?
Please add the related information to your first post. Otherwise you cannot expect any support.
Good luck!
hey! i want to mod my fx507zv4 tuf f15 bios, its version is currently 328 and i want to access cpu configs and tpm options like that, i want to mod it so its unlocked but i also dont want to brick it and i dont have a programmer or anything like that so is there a way to do it safely? i dont know how to mod a bios either ;-;
Then stay put as you are, no one can assure you of a RISK FREE operation neither you have/know the tools and experience to recover from a failure.
Im sorry…but i have to point out, that these kinds of requests are inadmissible, to come to a forum and ask for a mod, a risk-free file and full proof operation, and a user with no kind of experience on mods or recovering systems.
Any user engaging in such area has to be aware of all risks and prepared for any results, success or failures.
what could potentially be the risks tho could u pls point out?
If anyone is willing to do such mod for you… he will try to attend your request but it needs trials, testing several mod bios files, in the middle of this process some can invalidate the system from booting, no lighths, no black light from lcd/blank screen, beeps code errors.
Or you may be in luck and a user with same laptop/bios version has an already tested mod file that can be shared with you, still…not even that user can assure you of no problems, if he does its wrong from his part.
Then the system has to be recovered/re-programmed…
i’m willing to help, but I’m not doing all the work. newer device = hard to making mod.
First, you need to check the ME version and download the corresponding version of CSME System Tools. Run MeInfo to check for Measured and Verified Boot make sure both values are not enabled in FPF.
in FPT folder make full backup image “FPTW64 -d backup.bin”, for mod image “FPTW64 -bios -d bios_region.bin”.
the rest learn how to use CH341a and the IC used to store the bios on the mobo.
