This is my bios version. I want to undervolt my laptop because the temps are getting very high and i dont want to risk losing my laptop. I tried using intel xtu and throttle stop but the cpu voltage parts are greyed out because of undervolt protection.I have no idea as i have never worked with bios and am a complete begineer. I have intel i5-12450H cpu and i have heard that the h series cpus do not support undervolting ,but i have seen some guys do it. Would be grateful if anyone can help me with this ,and sorry for the inconvenience english isnt my first language.
