If you want, that someone else modifies the BIOS for you, you should attach the original BIOS (or give a link to it).
in addition to the +2400 in ram, I would like to activate the resizable bar for the 2060 video card, but what I really want most is the +2400 ram
the dram for non-z pch depends on cpu. you can try with qkyp es, then you can get 3200+. or normal kaby lake, you can get 2400.

my CPU is an i7 7700
using i7 7700 with b250, you can not get higher ddr4 than 2400mhz.
i recommed a bios mod then you can use coffee lake hexa/octa core with ddr4 2666.
or sell them and replace with i3 12100 and h610, much better.
