[Request] Unlocked Lenovo Legion Pro 7i BIOS and Password Recovery

Hello everyone,

I’m in a bit of a bind and could really use some assistance. I own a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i (Model 16IRX8H) and have unfortunately forgotten the BIOS password but I would also like to access the advanced bios anyway. Regarding the password I’ve tried several common passwords and combinations but haven’t had any luck so far. I also tried asking the support for any master password or service and I quote “please throw your device away there is nothing we can do”. Thanks Lenovo… xD

I would really love to learn how to mod it myself because this topic was always an interes to me but I never had the time to go into it so if someone is patient and kind enough to help me that would be great.
I learned that my Laptop has 2 Bios Chips (16MB + 8MB) and I guess I can only retrieve the contained code by removing and copying them with an SPI programmer, or am I mistaken ?

You go to Badcaps forum and you’ll find out several threads about it and unlockers.
Usually its encrypted.

No need to rush
This laptop model has a bios emergency recovery system implemented
Also, your bios has a RSA signature and many other things that make life difficult
Therefore, take your time and first make a dump using the software. (Of course, if you do not want to use the advice of the service center )
Perhaps the SPI-programmer will not be needed at all
