nobody has a solution or drivers for to this specific issue. Only Intel can write the drivers for it but they refuse saying w7 is discontinued.
We all know that is a lame excuse from a multi billion dollar corp. fortunately we have some smart modders who modded the usb drivers at least.
too bad no one is stepping up for the wifi. lol

and nobody ever will mod a driver for 9260 that will run under w7 cuz most of us don’t care
just buy a usb wifi ac dongle that has capable win7 drivers or replace the Intel ac 9260 adapter with any of Intel 8xxx series which do have W7 drivers like the 8265NGW
