[Request] Win7 Drivers for a Mid-2020 iMac

Hi there, I’m very new to this forum and didn’t know where to post this so apologies if I’ve got the wrong board. I recently started attempting to install Windows 7 on my mid-2020 iMac however have been unsuccessful in my attempts, as when booting into it, Setup or installed, I get a BSOD with 0x7E BSOD, exception c05 (access violation), and 2nd parameter (instruction) is zeroed out. No driver was attached in the blue screen and I’m having trouble attaching a kernel debugger due to the lack of ports and adapters not working.

Here are the steps I have attempted:

  1. Using all official Apple BootCamp drivers (including AppleSSD.sys) in the install which technically worked after patching the storage driver but still resulted in the same blue screen.
  2. Using generic drivers, which also didn’t work.
  3. Official drivers from each component manufacturer’s website.
  4. Of course, using the FlashBoot Pro UEFI extension so it works at all (used in all attempts).
  5. Attempting to attach a kernel debugger, which I still have trouble doing as I tried KDNET as a last resort but obviously windows 7 does not accept it as a target.

I seek help from this forum as I’ve tried multiple other communities like Reddit, which went to no avail.

I also tried OpenCore, which I will still be using for some patches but get no result. Here I have attached my hardware specifications, and if you would like any additional information please let me know.

Edit by Fernando: Thread moved into the “Win7” Category and title customized

Storage: try Win7 universal NVME driver (first included in KB2990941 and KB3087873).

Graphics: AMD should not have problem. For iGPU, try my mod.

XHCI: try Win8 universal driver or DrvCeo.

Others: search one by one or try to port Win10 original drivers.

FlashBootPro: it can ensure discrete graphics card working despite lack of VGA arbitration.

as I said those were tried
