[REQUEST] Z390 AORUS PRO - HPET settings and RFI Spread Spectrum , PCIE Spread Spectrum.

Hello guys ,

I’m using Z390 Aorus Pro motherboard with Intel 9700K CPU and currently using “F12l” bios version provided by gigabyte
I cannot post the gigabyte website link because i’m new and cant post links yet.

I need modded bios with the following options that i can choose to disable or enable them please :

- HPET
- RFI Spread Spectrum
- PCIE Spread Spectrum

and another question about flashing the bios :

Can i do from gigabyte bios with the Q-flash or i need to do something else

If anyone can do it for me it will help me alot!
Thanks in advance
