Hi guys!
I mistakenly flashed a BIOS of an ASUS X407UAR in my ASUS X407UA notebook. After rebooting, the device still powers on but there is no Wi-Fi connection.
I want to flash/restore the correct BIOS in my device. I tried using ASUS BIOS utilities (EZ Flash, WinFlash, etc.) but nothing worked.
I managed to get a CH341A Programmer. I was able to create a backup BIOS file and tried flashing the correct BIOS from ASUS’ support page but I encountered a problem, I noticed that the BIOS file from ASUS only contains the BIOS Region and not the whole BIOS. I did a comparison with UEFITool.
