return the modified vga vram size value

I just bought an old VGA Radeon HD 7600 series that claims to have 4GB VRAM from the marketplace at a cheap price that I think is comparable to the age of the old VGA. Initially, my VGA did not experience any problems at all and could be used normally such as editing software and light games, but after I tried to play heavier games such as Bloodstrike, Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 and so on, there was a force close and not responding when the VRAM usage exceeded 600MB, even though the game could be played smoothly at first. So I concluded that my VGA was fake and only had a physical VRAM of only 512MB, I took the initiative to change the VRAM information in the BIOS to 512MB but did not understand how to read the .bin file which could not even be read in English.

This is the BIOS file if you can modify it, thank you all!!
