This is reupload of PE Insider tool originally announced in PE Insider – Cerbero Blog but later removed from downloads on official site. I used it for several years, now tried to reinstall it and found that official download is no longer available, so found it in my archives and reuploading here to make available for everybody again.
Basically it is CFF explorer VIII continuation without srcipting/editing features but with some more header analysis features - so it is simple&fast-to-learn exe analyzer for basic purposes.
