I would like to flash my MaxQ to perform better, how can I do it without a hardware flasher? Thank you.

Why did you make a new thread? I thought I saw that mentioend before, and searched and found your thread 
The only way I know to do that safely, would be for you to find dump from your exact laptop model that is using that card instead, then if vBIOS is stored in BIOS you simply need BIOS mod.
If vBIOS is stored on card, then you can use NVFlash to backup, then find a dump and flash in, but here you also should only do this from same exact model laptop you have but is sold with that card instead.
None of this is ideal to even attempt without a flash programmer in hand and programmer dumps made from BIOS chip and GFX carc vBIOS chip if it uses one.
