Hello, i have a Sapphire RX 590 Nitro with Micron memory and i wanted to squeeze a bit more gaming performance by tightening VRAM timings with the Polaris bios editor. The problem is that when i flash the modded bios the Adrenalin drivers refuse to work. Ive used Atikmdag patcher but it does not help. When trying to start adrenaline it says something about hardware being not compatible with this driver. Is there a way i could make the drivers (ive tried both 23.11.1 and 23.8.2) with modded vbios?
Ive tried this driver before, version 23.8.2 i think. It was giving me a weird stuttering in some games like AC Valhalla
It might be worth trying again.
Try DX11 and DX12 in AC Valhalla and the other games.
Also, DXVK might help with some performance.
Remember that some games will have real time shader compilation. There can be a momentary stutter while this happens. After it has compiled it the first time, you shouldn’t experience it again.
Tried the Rdn.Id drivers, still the same. Cant launch adrenaline and code 43

Try modifying VBIOS so device ID is RX 580, AMD official driver works with modded VBIOS RX 580 but it doesn’t with 570 and 590 afaik.
I’m running modded VBIOS RX 580 on AMD official drivers no issues
