I have seen in a video Update Your CPU BIOS Microcode - More Performance - Less Consumption - BIOS Modding - Overclocking - YouTube someone replacing the the microcode of an Intel CPU with an old microcode for the same CPU. Would that really reduce temp and improve performance? If yes, anyone knows how to do it for AMD as he only explains it for Intel?
