I recently registered here and i recogniced that u send complete username and password in your welcomemail.
It wasnt really a problem for me - but people who do not use different passwords on their logins it might be a huge security issue.
Just my very humble 2 cents.

You are right. This is done automaticly by the Forum Software and I cannot change this procedure.
The Forum members can minimize the risks by changing the password as soon as they are registered and got access to the Forum.
