I downloaded the bios for my board and AMIBCP 5.02.0023. I loaded the file in and the Setup Configuration tab is missing.

Current versions of the tool do not fully support the latest AMI V core bios files from recent motherboards/updates.
Better ask AMI an update…or an insider friend, then we do sincere appreciate if you can share it with us.
EDIT: Yes…manual edit/view(screenshots taken) variables/strings with IFRextract/HeX edit, but keep your quest for newer AMI tools and never forget to share with us
