Hey guys as the title states i’m looking for software to check what ASMEDIA chip i have onboard. I have a p8z77-v deluxe which i think has ASM1042 and i would like to double check.

Try SIV Hardware Monitor by Ray Hinchcliffe , a new verison was just released, look on the USB Bus Tab (at the Bottom)

Wow thanks so it does look like i have a two ASM1042 Controllers. Could you please point me in the direction to the lastest firmware?
