[Solved] Acer VN7-591G - Auto Shutdown in 30mins - ME Region Corrupt?

Hello guys

I had been talking to the very kind @Lost_N_BIOS regarding this. Literally has spoon-fed me each step. . Really grateful for this patience.
But since is out of forum since a week or so, I’m trying to put my problem in the forum if someone can help me.

Background:
Acer VN7-591G, purchased on a resell, turns off exactly at 30mins on each boot. After reading about it for a week or so, got to know about BIOS and its regions. (ME region version isnt detected by Intel Detection tool - ME FW version - Unknown. HWinfo doesnt show Intel ME tab) Talked to @Lost_N_BIOS , as my programmer was being shipped, tried to go for pinmod first but datasheet for my realtek chip wasnt available, so had to skip it.

After receiving the programmer, had taken the backup of the BIOS.
Chip ID - Micron 25Q064A.
Software - CH341a programmer v1.34. (But it detects it as 25Q64A - problem?)

Since @Lost_N_BIOS has been away from forums, I tried a few things on my own

1. I tried to follow Clean ME thread by Plutomaniac and create a BIOS to write using the programmer.

2. I also tried ME Injector (https://github.com/kolyandex/Intel-ME-re…jector/releases) to create a new BIOS and write that as well

I used CH341a programmer v1.34 to erase and write the above bios. (@Lost_N_BIOS had asked to use ASprogrammer 1.41 - but it doesnt detect the chip, help for this)

Writing using CH341a programmer v1.34 was successful but when I turned on the laptop, all of the problems are same, laptop still shuts down in 30 mins and Intel detection tool doesnt detect ME firmware or any of its detail, HWinfo doesnt show Intel ME tab as well.

However I also saw the following in Device manager with a yellow triangle on it:

Could it happen that the BIOS chip has some write protection even though CH314A programmer 1.34 says its successfully written and even verified?

Thanks for replying. I'm at work and I ll reprogramme with the attached after I get back. But could you tell what went wrong?

And which programmer should I use? ASprogrammer 1.41 or Default CH314A programmer v1.34?

The Chip ID is Micron 25Q064A.
But Programmer v1.34 detects it as 25Q64A, is that a problem?
