Sorry to be barging in an old post. I need your help.
My Laptop:
Acer Nitro V (VN7 591G)
Bought it from a guy from a selling platform. Who has stopped responding to my calls/texts once I talked to him about the issue of auto-shutdown
My Problem:
Laptop shuts down exactly at 30 mins
ME region Firmware is shown as Unknown when Intel’s ME Region Identifier
Also in Device Manager there is a yellow triangle on MEI
My Background:
No knowledge of programming and the programming software being used, but can workaround with instructions.
Cant desolder the chip.
As I understand, the ME region is corrupted? or Intel anti-theft?
Current Status:
Have gone through numerous threads here as a passive reader and now I’m all confused.

Is it good enough to go? Or do I need the 1.8v adapter as well?
I dont have backup of my current BIOS as well.
Please guide me from step 1 to fix this, the 30 mins shutdown is so annoying.
