Hey! I’ve got HP 630 laptop aswell, and i’m willing to dedicate some more ram for my integrated graphics, since i upgraded my RAM to 8GB lately. My bios settings are locked, what can i do to unlock the setting for that? What other settings could be unlocked aswell? What recources should i read on that? I’m surprised you already create mod for latest bios.
FYI, after running InsydeFlash then klik start, my notebook suddenly hang and flashing failed before erase/write process.
I have to unplugged my battery to boot normally again.
Any consideration for using your mod bios?

This happens when the BIOS is not for your notebook, but it is pointless in your case, because the BIOS is exactly for the HP 630.
For a faster response of the flash tool, I disabled the platform check by bios in the mod. It usually works, it seems like I shouldn’t have done it this time. I reverted the changes, but the flashing will start slowly.

If so, then I have no clue what is going on.
But referring to the history of posts with LOST_N_BIOS’s mods, he might not have used the MultiFD function because he made mods for each platform separately. Perhaps this is the problem, and I shouldn’t have touched the .ini files either.

for about 6 hours ago i also have a thought about doing something on .ini files.
I try to get .ini from stock bios and successfully flashed.
After auto reboot my bios become stuck and have blinking A on keyboard
I have to debrick by HP_TOOLS from stock F.38 sp60723 (official hp site) using Phoenixtool.
Then i try upgrade to stock F.39 sp64612, it’s smothly applied.
I already doing this and still, my notebook suddenly hung after clicking Insydeflash start button

This indicates that the BIOS was successfully flashed, but the RSA check patch for this BIOS does not work. And it also suggests that I still do not fully understand how things are with the methods of bypassing it. Now we at least know that the platform of your device is 3672 or 3674.
Let’s follow the same way of using the BIOS version before implementing this protection. Flash sp53673 modded as you already did it somehow with sp64612

I confirmed this version (F.19.mod) successfully flashed, no issue when downgrade from F.39(stock) to your F.19(mod).
However ,I didn’t do .ini files replacement this time.
For hanging behaviour after clicking start i found that ‘unplug and plug’ (while AC powered) battery resolve it, keyboard and touchpad become functional again to click OK button then erase/write process starting until autorestart.
Entering F.19 mod bios, showing all mod are activated.
I use the same method ‘unplug and plug’ battery on your F.39 mod, didn’t succeed after all.
Maybe you can create mod on fully multi-FD F.39 @Sweet_Kitten
