SPI Bios or Downloaded from web site BIOS for enabling Intel AMT

Hello, can’t find answer for simple question.
I want to enable Intel AMT for my motherboard using clean intel me dump.

The guide Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization says to work with the spi dumped bios.
Can I use instead the bios downloaded from the manufacturer website?
Only difference is Configured instead of Initialized in File System State.
Me analyser info about downloaded bios from manufactured website:

I want to try to build otaimage with Flash Image Tool and flash it using bios update program from manufacturer.
Is it possible?

Maybe, if the vendor has full firmware images in his updates… But by using an outimage file created from a stock firmware you might loose your machine specific data.

What do you mean under “machine specific data”?
Bios downloaded from manufacturer website also has Configured state.
So if I flash it - I will also loose my machine specific data, right?

My plan is:

  1. Flash bios downloaded from website with manufacturer utility.
  2. Rebuild same bios with clean ME Region with fit.exe
  3. Flash rebuilded bios with manufacturer utility.
