Hi folks,
I need to build my SPS 03.00.04.209 firmware for a supermicro X10SLH-F board.
The ME status is in backup mode and I only have 1 core shown.
Am I blind? Or are there no SPS tools for download?
Thanks for help
Hendrik
Why don’t you use a ME region of a stock bios? Thomas Krenn for example has older versions: https://www.thomas-krenn.com/en/download.html?product=10815 , https://www.thomas-krenn.com/redx/tools/…1_20130909.zip has your requested version… (Latest bios from Supermicro has latest Denlow SPS 3.00.07.060, if wished)
I am trying that at the moment. If I flash with afudos I am not able to flash the ME.
Jumper on MB is set to Manufactoring mode. FPT show read and write for ME.
If I want to flash bios file with fpt tool, the bios space is write protected.
EDIT: Got it
I extracted the ME part with UEFITools as it is and flashed with fpt -me.
My 4 cores are back.
Thanks for the hint with extract of existing BIOS.
Good to hear that it worked
Just out of curiousity:
- Which fpt version did you use?
- Why don’t you want a later SPS version?
I used v9.1 r7.
After that I upgraded to the newest BIOS.
Just used the old version, because I know it was working with that version.
