SSD preventing high package C state

i have a biwin 256gb m.2 sata SSD that prevents the processor C state from going higher than 2. If i kept the SSD but moved my OS into a different drive would that issue be fixed? If no, is there another way I can fix this issue?

Hi, you may want to download and install “QuickCPU” from here “https://coderbag.com/product/quickcpu”. It’s freeware and you can use it to check C-states or modify them. Also check if you have C-states setup in your bios.
