SSD strange behaviour

Have a Samsung 830 128GB SSD on Windows 7 64bit and the drive is behaving strangely…
Write performance (IOPS) for both random and sequential is quite variable on Samsung own benchmark and Passmark one.
Drivers have not been changed (12.8.2.1000) and disk usage is still about the same. TRIM performed before any test.
Read performance is almost unchanged, with slightly better results when the write ones are worse.
is this drive dying on me?

How much SSD space is free (without any data) resp. has been unallocated (Over-Provisioning)?

89GB free, 12 GB overprovisioning… about 1 GB written (is almost new)

Ok, I don’t believe, that the SSD is dying. Maybe it is a Magician issue.
Please repeat the benchmark test by using either AS_SSD or Anvil’s Storage Utility.
