Actually my gigabyte x79-up4 is on irst Mode. Velociraptor 300 go RAID 0. Is there a way to switch in RSTE mode without reinstall the system? If yes, What is the good process please? Thanks.

I am not sure about it, because I don’t have any own experience with an X79 RAID system, but I doubt, that it is possible without breaking the current RST RAID array and recreating an Intel RSTe RAID array.
Nevertheless you do not need to do a fresh OS installation. Doing a complete backup by using a tool like Acronis TrueImage and recovering it after having recreated the RSTe RAID array should work.
Why do you want to change from RST to RSTe?
