i need a dump bios version to flash the bios chip

Were you able to dump your own (bricked) firmware? In this case attach it or post a link to it.
Often Lenovo updates just cover the bios region, sometimes the firmware can be recovered.

That sounded like you were intending to use a (CH341-) programmer? How would you to accomplish to flash a foreign dump if you can’t read your own dump?
iam not the one that will flash the dump version
the the one who will flash the bios
told me that he want the bios dump from a working laptop
i donot know how to do so

and i asked you the way to do so
to tell him the procedure (in case he didnot know what to do)
he told me before he will backup the bios before flashing .
he is afraid of unsoldering the bios chip (to flash it)
before finding the suitable bios dump version

Why don’t you ask the person who will flash the firmware if he could try to dump the chip without de- soldering with a SOIC clamp or adapter for WSON?
