alright so i’m rocking a 12100f and a msi h610m motherboard and am trying to install xp on it, as i felt like attempting to install every version of windows from 11 to xp. been successful up to 7 if youre wondering, skipped vista for now. at first i was going to use integral edition but i decided to go with the original xp instead. patched the iso, set up winsetupfromusb, 0xa5 and 0x7b aren’t issues for me, but when i try to install it to a partition i created on my hdd which uses mbr and is a primary partition i get the “However, this disk does not contain a Windows XP-compatible partition.” message. ahci/sata drivers were patched in and i haven’t been able to find a definitive answer on how to solve this, i think it is because of the fact that i have installed other operating systems on my ssd with gpt on a uefi system, which is causing issues here. is there a workaround to this issue?
