All you have to do is make sure you can boot any Windows 7 usb and u dont have problems with it booting, and now get windows vista extended kernel iso and any windows 7 iso from internet archive WITH drivers usb 3.1 and nvme and surely you can boot this and install windows vista IF you can boot windows 7 installation, ok. take all windows 7 files inside and put on a folder or usb and delete Windows 7 install.wim from /sources and replace with Windows Vista iso install.wim from the iso, and if any error occurs AFTER installation(the installation cannot proceed or something like that) please do the following steps to fix it(any other error that occurs maybe i can solve it):
Shift+F10
net user username yourpass /add
net localgroup administrators username /add
[the next commands will be to enter oobe but i think u can bypass now with the other command ima give]
cd oobe
msoobe
[after you complete oobe any error that occurs please restart into windows vista and type following commands]
regedit
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
put 0 on following registrys
