most important thing DO NOT touch P0 state etc. I already am suffering with my other main laptop AW m15 r5 bricked beyond belief even with a cha341a flasher im failing.
Also fyi, if you have a JEDEC ram over 2400mhz (not xmp)
I can confirm MEMORY OVERCLOCKING works.
Basically put the speed in memory overclocking and leave all timings to auto, it will use what your ram offers by default.
I have writeable SPD memory and can confirm running 3200mhz worked with this 3750H
