Yes, as Plutomanic mentioned above, I simply ran your dumped BIOS through his linked guide, replacing your old ME FW with new latest version FW and transferred your original ME FW settings.
That could be done with same version old FW too, if you wanted, but I suspected you’d probably want the latest version so I updated it for you while I was there.

I worked with 25q64 at 3.3v before know it was 1.8v and now dont power on :S

I flashed the bios and the same. i Discard now the bios chips.
Its obiusly i damaged something in motherboard for the 3.3v ( 5v at datalines)
