Hi,

For the sake of learning new skills I have modded CodeRush’s UefiTool and reskinned it too look more an ROG themed application. I have not changed one line of code in regards to its core functionality. I have just improved the color scheme and added a few visual tricks. I am interested in feedback from other users what they think. As the app is open source I hope Coderush does not mind me making a few changes. Anyone have any suggestions on the visual theme please share your thoughts.

Have made a few visual and functional updates to UEFITool Rog Version:

1. Curved window enhancements including rog theme and custom titlebar and min/max icons
2. Screenshot camera button added to titlebar
3. Column width sizing is now automatic
4. Custom color scheme of bios entries are easier to view and animated
5. Most last recent 5 bios files opened are now accessable from a ‘Recent file menu’ for easy access
6. Ability to hide message and detail panels on bottom and right of work area
7. Ability to zoom in and out fonts used on the screen for easier viewing

Just wanted to let all know I used this modded Uefitool to alter one of my hackintosh bioses and flashed away without issues. Only thing is visually looks good on my hi-res laptop but not as well defined on the corners on my desktop. Still easier to navigate complex bios trees.

Edit: 7/16/17 Used my modded UEFITool to update my Asus Z170-WS Bios with out issues. Successful flash.

Interesting theme, I would suggest you submit your changes as a selectable theme to https://github.com/LongSoft/UEFITool or at least open an issue to talk it through with the people involved.

Edit:

Beta testers wanted. Should note under the hood this is all 100 percent Uefitool 22.4. All I did was setup some stylesheets and throw in some special effects. Going to skin a Batman version next. Think that would be cool.
