there are several available BIOS versions for this laptop:
1.0.0 contain AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C07
1.0.4 contain AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C09
1.0.5 contain AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C09
1.0.6 contain AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C09
1.0.7 contain AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C09
these are the only BIOS version i ever tried flashing.
somehow my dump contains AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C08
what software can update embeded controller on its own? is it afuwingui, or win10 updates or some other shit happened?
note that this is EC block in main BIOS dump. there is another flash chip only for EC (cannot be r/w unless removed from board) and it contain proper EC fw, AM9C For PHOENIX EC Version P0C09
i booted harddrive that came with lap, there are recovery BIOS files and in these dumps the EC version corresponds to BIOS version
