Unlock bios settings to adjust memory timings for an HP laptop

I have an HP 15-dw3021nia laptop
I5 11th gen 4 cores 8 threads 4.2 GHz
4+8 GB DDR4 3200

I want to unlock memory options to adjust timings because they are very bad with default settings getting very poor bandwidth killing my laptop performance.

I used UEFI tools to find the section that I need to look into it. I extracted it, but Universal UEFI extractor couldn’t recognize the section protocol as UEFI. it shows “Unknown”

Also keep in mind that if you mess up you will have to do a CMOS reset.

Thank you, but I mentioned that Universal IFR extractor already does not work.
