I was following this guide, but I have a problem.
For this motherboard, they only have an exe file

How can I extract the bios from this?

This website has all of the BIOS available for your motherboard, extracted from the exe for USB flashing.

For anyone else using this old motherboard, this is the 3.21 bios which works great even though it was never officially released. I put the 12.9 intel raid rom and it has the OROM for 6 series motherboards so TRIM works.
Thanks to Fernano and the crew for making it so easy with UBU.
