I want to update to Windows 10, but first I need to update my BIOS. I have the latest AMIBIOS and I want to update to Aptio V. I have an Intel Pentium 4 3GHZ, 0.99 RAM. Pretty old specs.
How can I update to Aptio V? Note that I can’t use internet on that computer currently, so I need some kind of offline tool. Plus, Intel Toolkit doesn’t work for me.

You may be able to update some BIOS modules, but not to update the BIOS platform/architecture.
