I have recently taken over support of a client from a previous company and I need to do their server support. I need to update RTSe from 4.3.0.1542 to 5.5.4.1036 and just wanted to know if there is any configs I can/should backup before I do this, instead of doing a backup of the entire server to a VM. Can RSTe be upgraded safely, since I have a RAID 1 (4tb+4tb) running and on the RAID 1 there is 2 volumes, 500gb & 3500gb?
Some details if needed:
Windows Sever 2012 R2
Intel C600+/C220+
It is currently running RSTe 4.3.0.1542 (installed and RAID config done by previous company)
