Is it possible to implement firmware information of USB 3.0 3.1 cards into AMI Bios. If yes, How? thanks
The mainboard BIOS only contains and manages the Firmware of on-board devices. Plug-in cards usually have their own BIOS/Firmware chip.

so how to make these cards compliant with a mainboard if they are not detected and system hangs?
If a certain add-on card is not compatible with your system, you may have to flash a better/newer Firmware into it or to use another, better compatible add-on card.
How to make this new firmware if an official newer one is not present?
Users like you and me only can flash a Firmware, which is available somewhere. Additionally I want to add: Newer is not automaticly better.
