Can you answer me the following questions:

1. It is possible to get rid of random BSODs when using Windows Vista on AMD Ryzen?

2. It is possible to fix Haswell+ issues on Windows Vista?

3. It is possible to install Windows Vista on UEFI-only PCs by using methods like VgaShim, UefiSeven, disabling VGA method, FlashBoot Pro, etc?

4. Does there is USB 3.0 and NVMe drivers for Vista?

5. Does there is a patched ACPI.sys if you get BSOD 0x000000A5?

6 (optional question). It is possible to add TRIM support into Vista?

And last, but not least question: Does there is eMMC drivers for Windows Vista (and Windows 7, because we can’t even install Windows 7 on eMMC drives), and if not, it is possible to backport Windows 8 8056 driver to Windows Vista and 7?

P.S. For me, the important problems is 1, and 4 (except NVMe because I have 2 SATA drives and no NVMe drives). The optional problems for me is 6 (I have 1 SSD drive and 1 HDD drive, and I would like to install Windows Vista on SSD drive, yes, you can install it on SSD, but Vista does not support TRIM, and I heard that SSD lifespan will be shorter than if you use Windows 7 or newer).

I Believe the BSoD’s on Ryzen with Vista were related to the USB 3 drivers. As long as you have USB 2 ports, the USB 3 ports should fall back to USB 2.

2. It is possible to fix Haswell+ issues on Windows Vista?

Windows 7 Build 6519 introduced a fix for it known as drift correction. People have been trying to backport this to Vista. See more here: https://betawiki.net/wiki/Windows_7_build_6519

Unfortunately, as far as I know, this has not been done. Most of these methods do not work with Windows 7 on some of the more recent, post 2020 UEFI-only devices. The disabling VGA method may work (provided the registry keys are the same as Windows 7), but you would not have a compatible graphics driver to give Vista, therefore, it leaves UEFI7 as your only choice.

4. Does there is USB 3.0 and NVMe drivers for Vista?

There are definitely USB3 drivers for Vista. As for NVMe drivers, I do not know.

5. Does there is a patched ACPI.sys if you get BSOD 0x000000A5?

Try this: https://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/1817…#comment-137330 Make the changes with Hex Editor and then open the file within CFF Explorer and find the recalculate checksum feature to recalculate the checksum.

6 (optional question). It is possible to add TRIM support into Vista?

Probably not. This is dependent on the SSD manufacturer, though most don’t include TRIM software due to 7 and later featuring it built-in.

It would be possible to backport it as this is how people backported Windows 8’s generic USB3 driver to Vista/7. The driver is locked, so you would have to modify the .sys file to amend the lock to include Vista/7. Even then, Windows will most likely not accept the driver due to it being unsigned, even if you integrate it into the media. Your best bet is to take your Vista/7 media and replace the boot.wim with Windows 8’s boot.wim and then integrate the modified eMMC drive. Boot up the installation media and let it do the first half of setup (it will detect the drive due to Windows 8’s WinPE detecting eMMC drives). Afterwards, restart and then press the F8 key. Select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" and it should load up just fine.
