Weird PSPP Option in extracted bios setup_extr

Today i tried to update my bios modules through tool UBU(UEFI Bıos updater) i updated all available modules,drivers succesfully.
but i noticed something,after extracting setup i opened it in the windows text editor and searched for “PSP” and i found "PSPP"
here are these lines belong to PSPP thing

so can it be related to PSP(Platform Security Processor) ? can i disable it ?

Edit:I Use AMD Apu system and my mainboard is Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H

PSPP is PCIe Speed Power Policy and has nothing to do with PSP.
PSP can’t be disabled, as it performs critical platform initialization tasks like memory training and S3 resume. Sometimes there’s an option to disable it’s MMIO device so it gets inaccessible for the OS and main CPU, but PSPP is certainly not that option.
