What modern computer buy in Europe and easy to buy

I came across with RE:I & many others believe Intel ME is spyware
Living in europe is a little dificult to buy a modern computer without take risky flashing.
What is you advice for a desktop and a laptop computer.
I see cheap minipcforum with archlinux , lenovos but nothing about priviliged computers like system76, dell ,… easy or even posible to buy.

Then buy an AMD platform if Intel ME is an issue for you…plenty of those…in Europe :rofl:
