What program to use for updating a modded AMI Optio V BIOS on an Asus H170 Pro motherboard ?

I have updated with the tool “UBU 1.45.8” the UEFI Raid driver of the latest official Asus H170 Pro BIOS (version 0903) (from 10.6 to version 10.8), but it won’t update in the BIOS.
It says ‘Not legal CAP File’. What program can I use to update the modded BIOS ?

yes, it is a bit too difficult for me to understand (forgot to mention). Is there an easier tool to update other than AFU ?
