Your Lan is:
IntelĀ® I219V

This does not have a working XP 32-Bit driver. You can ask Diderius6. He had a driver for Intel I218 but I tried on my IntelĀ® I219V Gigabit LAN Controller(s) and it did not work for me but maybe he has other ideas.

I use a Realtek 8111E PCIe x1 Ethernet card and it works great.

The USB suggestion is to get a USB 3.0 card and use a PS/2 keyboard. But your MB has dual PS/2 ports. So you can use a PS/2 to USB optical mouse adapter.

Then install USB 3.0 driver for USB 3.0 card. VIA VL805 works and very cheap from China on eBay. Other brands work as well but cost more. You will have to sacrifice one of your PCIe x1 slots. Then use a PCIe x16 graphics card such as GT 710. USB audio will work on USB card to save a slot.

So if you used my method all 3 of your MB slots will be occupied.
