Windows 10/UEFI: Obtain full HDD path

I need to obtain the full physical device path of the HDD for my Dell Inspiron 15 5000 as would be seen within an EFI shell. An example being:

PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x17, 0x0)/Sata(0x400, 0x8000, 0x0)/HD(2,GPT,XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX, 0x5A200, 0x7200).

I can reconstruct most of this path using WMI, Device Manager, and the Windows API, except the Sata(0x400, 0x8000 . . .) portion (not counting 0x0 because that’s the logical unit number which is also given). How would I find the values 0x400 (HBA port) and 0x8000 (port multiplier)? If that’s not possible, then is there another way to find out what these values would be to complete the path?
